The Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Babes-Bolyai University invites you to the 11th edition of MolMod – Molecular Modeling in Chemistry and Biochemistry -, to take place in Cluj-Napoca, from Thursday 18th to Saturday 20th of June 2026.
The conference covers theoretical methods (molecular mechanics and quantum methods) as applied in organic, organometallic and coordination chemistry, structure and bonding, biochemistry, bioinorganic chemistry.

In order to register please fill the Registration form and send to alexandru.lupan@ubbcluj.ro.
Abstract submission
Please use the provided template and send your abstract to alexandru.lupan@ubbcluj.ro by June 5th, 2026.
Available types of presentation are Keynote presentations (30 minutes including Q&A), Oral presentations (15 minutes including Q&A), and Posters.
Fees and payment
The registration fee for Academics is 150 EUR (or 750 RON if payed directly in local currency) and covers conference materials, coffee breaks and the conference dinner. It does not cover accomodation.
For accompanying persons the registration fee is 50 EUR (or 250 RON if payed directly in local currency).
Undergraduate students are not required to pay a registration fee (free).
