The project aims

Valorization of the industrial wastes , molasses and glycerin,  through an ecological system . The conversion to advanced biofuel or biofuel additives, performed by chemical/ enzymatic catalysis  system will be via two important  intermediates:5-(hydroxymethyl) furfural and  pyruvic acid.
