Title of the proposed project: Creation of new biologically active compounds in order of phenotazine, sulfur-containing and thiosulfonic derivatives – potential substance, means of defence, grown regulative plants and veterinary preparation
Acronim of the project: SAMPHENO
General objective of the project:
The research domain we are proposing to develop is the synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds containing phenothiazine units and complexes of these, compounds which are supposed to have biological properties or optical non-linear properties. To reach our goal we will pursue the synthesis of polifunctionalized phenothiazine derivatives, pyrazole-phenothiazines and the corresponding organometallic compounds.
Besides getting the heterocyclic derivatives we are allow for the optimization of the reaction conditions by performing reactions under microwave irradiation, as well as the development of new, non-pollute synthetic methods in agreement with Green Chemistry.
CDI field (corresponding to national strategy): Advanced Materials
