Conference Package Price includes 3 nights of accommodation in students’ dormitories, social programs, organization costs, conference proceedings.
REGISTRATION FEE
– 40 € for Romanian and foreign students attending the Sunday trip in the surroundings of Cluj-Napoca (Belis Resort)
– 30 € for Romanian and foreign students NOT attending the Sunday trip
Accompanying persons (if any) will have to cover the accommodation costs separately.

Chemists Students’ Organization is an NGO that organizes and fulfills its free and independent actions and program management. Participation in our projects will be voluntary, each participant taking the knowledge of the requirements set by the organizers.
GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE CONFERENCE SELECTION CRITERIA:
Depending on the area of interest, the papers will be assigned to one of the four sections of the conference: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Chemistry and Posters. Each participant may choose his presentation support (powerpoint, poster, other) but if the consistence criteria for the chosen paper are not met, the organizers reserve the right to recommend the poster section.
