Language: The official language of the conference is English.
Entry Formalities: For information on passport/visa requirements for entry into Romania, contact the Romanian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission in your country. Should you need to apply for a visa, the Congress Office will send you a letter of invitation to support your application.
Immunisation and Health: There are no immunisation regulations when entering Romania, however, be sure to familiarise yourself with the requirements of all countries through which you will travel.
Insurance: Delegates are advised to take out appropriate health and travel insurance.
Travel: Delegates should make their own travel arrangements to and from Cluj-Napoca. Local Time in Cluj-Napoca is GMT + 2 hour. Cluj Napoca has an international airport with direct connections to most European countries, and with regular connections to nearby larger international airports in Budapest and Bucharest.
Climate: The average temperature in October is in the range 3-14 Celsius degrees in Cluj-Napoca.
Currency and Taxes: The currency used in Romania is the RON. In some particularly cases the bills can be paid in EUR . Usually the prices includes all the taxes.

Voltage: Electricity in Romania runs on 220 volts and 50 Hz.
