Estimated resultsNearly any catalytic reaction involving late transition metals can be adapted to use of water as a solvent provided the reagents are waterstable. The majority of metals widely used in catalysis (Ru, Rh, Pd, Pt) are expensive and rare, wich makes their recovery an importantrequirement of thier use. The development of new ligand arhitectures and adapting new reactions to water phase are major chalanges ofaqueous-phase organometallic catalysis, and are also the major objectives of this research project. We expect to obtain considerablefundamental knowledge, and also some results applicable in the field of fine organic synthesis.Obtained resultspdfProiect de cercetare postdoctorală PNII-RU-PD-2009
