Estimated results Nearly any catalytic reaction involving late transition metals can be adapted to use of water as a solvent provided the reagents are water  stable. The majority of metals widely used in catalysis (Ru, Rh, Pd, Pt) are expensive and rare, wich makes their recovery an important  requirement of thier use. The development of new ligand arhitectures and adapting  new reactions to water phase are major chalanges of  aqueous-phase organometallic catalysis, and are also the major objectives of this research project. We expect to obtain considerable  fundamental knowledge, and also some results applicable in the field of fine organic synthesis. Obtained resultspdf Proiect de cercetare postdoctorală PNII-RU-PD-2009
