The event was held on 2 - 3 June 2016 at CECHIF - UBB Research Center. New features of  AFM 9500 Keysight were presented: Fast scanning (1 - 2 seconds per image) Large area stage 90 μm x 90 μm New generation of sample holder New working regime on Continuous Force Volume measurements: stiffness and adhesion images Advanced Force Spectroscopy - fast force curve measurements.
