JESMC is an interdisciplinary journal, with three sections:
- A. Mathematics and Computer Science
- Topics: Discrete Mathematics, Geometry (polyhedral structures, n-dimensional spaces), Applied Mathematics. Algorithms. Software.
- B. Mathematical Chemistry
- Topics: Chemical Graph Theory, Polynomials, Nanostructures, QSAR and Drug-Design.
- C. Chemistry and Biochemistry
- Topics: Computational Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Solid state structures, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry.
